If at once, you fail;
Try, try again!
Put your back into it;
Forget fear or pain.

If at first,you don’t succeed;
Try, try again!
Never give up trying
Till suppressed and slain.

Continue trying and trying,
Keep your efforts maintained!
Keep your dedication preserved,
Your hard work sustained…

If at first, you don’t succeed,
Try, try again!
Keep struggling onward,
And one day, you’ll gain…

Ne’er forget your pal,
Your good old brain!
Learn to employ it
When stuck in rough terrain…

Success without struggle 
Can’t be obtained;
It ain’t so easy,
So simple and plain!

It occurs by luck,
Deserving of disdain;
Your search for it
Will only be in vain!

It’s a needle in a cornfield,
In a haystack, a grain;
Tarry not looking’ for it;
You can’t hope to gain!
