The precious fruit of a poet’s endeavors,
A poem
Whose words harbor unimaginable power
Can give
Unimaginable joy to rent hearts and souls,
Or take
When harrowing emotions within words unleashed,
One’s will,
The most humane aspect of every human soul-
To live.

What’s a Waltmarie?

Its a 10 lined poem created as a nonce by Candace Kubinec.
Even lines are two syllables in length, odd lines are longer (but no specific syllable count).Even lines make their own mini-poem if read separately. There are no other rules for subject or rhymes.
