Hey all! I’m back with my next quadrille,in the form of a cadralor. Enjoy!

Winter arriving,
People relish watching snow
Pounding on rooftops.

Glacial weather,
Shivering families seek
Fireplaces cozy.

The rich reveling,
Within the warmth of houses,
Observing Christmas.

The poor lie listless,
Starving,on sidewalks,begging
For morsels of food.

Winters’ happiness
Is happiness eternal
If universal.

  3. Stunning statement….and more than sad…the xontrast between the two, rich and poor was so poignent, and when you say poor here, you are really saying it…poetry with such social conscience is so much more than just the beauty of its words…
