Hey all!I’m back with my next cadralor.Enjoy!

Wake up to smell
A fresh,piquant aroma,
Savor mom’s cooking,
A plate of pasta.

Feel the cold wind blowing
Against your frozen face,
While your feet pedal,
And your cycle races.

Visit fairs and amusement parks,
Ride in ferris wheels,
Oscillate on the Pirate Ship,
Take to water with zeal!

Play basketball at night,
With all whom you can find;
Welcome a sound sleep,
Watch sweet dreams unwind!

Unmindful of troubles,
I’m a child once more,
Free to do whatever I want,
Free,forevermore.

P.S: This has been penned for Srishti Purohit’s New Year Writing Contest. I found it on Srishti’s blog( https://thesrishtiblog.wordpress.com/2021/12/29/new-year-writing-contest/ ), when I was cruising for poetry prompts…this caught my eye!
And btw, if you should know, I do wanna spend time like I did as a child in 2022. Especially given the fact that 11th is approaching fast and I wanna relive my earlier years,coz they were the most fun!
