After a long time, a poem:
It’s raining cats and dogs,
The heavens appear angry,
The clouds weep tears in torrents,
Sullen and gloomy.
It’s raining cats and dogs,
The skies appear grim,
There reigns an ominous silence
Shattered by whooshing winds.
It’s raining cats and dogs,
The thunder’s majestic roar,
The lightning’s scintillating flash
Seem to last forevermore.
Then, as the end seems near,
There echoes a quiet melody
That grows louder and louder,
A tune of unparalleled beauty.
In the stillness, the world listens
To the music of furious storms,
The heavens appear angry,
It’s raining cats and dogs.
